The Inaugural Ceremony & Investment Promotion Conference of Central China Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park (Phase I) took place on November 8. Over 20 enterprises from around the country signed the agreement of intent on entry.
Present were Xiang Bin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government; Zhang Yuanmei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government and First Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone; Liu Aihua, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Congress; Zhang Mingjun, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Jingzhou Municipal Committee; Zhang Lianghong, Executive Director and Chairman of Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (Kimou); and Zhu Heping, Executive Director and Chief Executive of Kimou.
The inauguration of the project is a vivid portrayal of Jingzhou's attention to industry, especially great industry, which is of great significance to green development and industrial economy upgrading, said Xiang. With the improvement of Jingzhou's transportation and industrial ecology, we will continue to serve enterprises wholeheartedly to jointly create a bright future.
The park will implement the concept of environmental protection and economic development through scientific and intelligent management, and keep seizing opportunities to achieve a leap, said Zhu.
Zhang Yuanmei presented a letter of appointment to Zhang Lianghong appointing him as an investment promotion advisor to Jingzhou.
With a planned area of about 650,000 square meters, a floor area of about 1.1 million square meters and an electroplating wastewater treatment capacity of 27,000t/d, the park is expected to accommodate surface treatment enterprises in fields such as aerospace, aviation, high-speed rail, automobile and electronics after going into operation.
